A BIT ABOUT US

Working Towards a Better Tomorrow

Here at BLACK FATHERS INITIATIVE OF CLEVELAND, we see the value in everyone. We want to be a catalyst for positive change, and since our beginnings in 2000, we’ve been driven by the same ideas we initially founded our Non-Profit Organization upon: support, empowerment, and progress. Our Mission

Black Fathers Initiative of Cleveland is a start-up non-profit organization located in Cleveland, Ohio, USA. We are subjected to offering arts and media training program for black youths within ages 10-21. Our program will offer training in the arts including media, audio, painting, graphic design animation and so on. We will also offer after school programs for the youths to have a safe place to be artistic and creative as well as programs during the day for young adults to learn as well.

We will offer classes for the youths for painting, graphic design, video and audio production, business startups and more. We will also offer our products which are t-shirts and apparel with the logo of our non-profit on it as well.
At Black Fathers Initiative of Cleveland, we want to unite the skills and experience of creative minds in Cleveland with young African American males to mentor and teach new skills and provide a safe place to help them create a plan for what's next in their lives, learn and grow. We provide a detailed program that we take youths through so they can acquire any skill of their choice in arts and show them how to monetize it so they can build black owned businesses in the community.

Our organization is prepared to introduce the following service to the market:

  • ï‚·  General Services: Art and media classes

  • ï‚·  Monthly news letter

  • ï‚·  Business Consultations

  • ï‚·  Annual memberships

  • ï‚·  Speaking Engagements and appearances

ï‚· Rental space when space is not being utilized
Black Fathers Initiative of Cleveland aims to help our communities grow from within by giving back to the communities we were raised in by providing mentorship to our younger generation through educational programs.
Underprivileged youths have less money and fewer possessions and opportunities than other people in their society.
One of our most increased drives to start a business and media training organization is to help youths figure out their values, passions, gifts and skills in arts and business to help them create a plan for the next steps in their lives. We also believe our organization will excel due to the high number of underprivileged youths in Cleveland and United States as a whole, which implies there are many targets to offer our services.
We will provide mentorship, training and guidance for underprivileged youths to know what is next in their lives.
